Department of Environmental Science
The Department offers a Masters in Environmental Management (MEM) in conjunction with the M.J. Neeley School of Business – it is the only two-year professional degree of its kind in the region. The MEM degree is designed to equip students with the skills needed to bridge the gaps between science, business, NGO’s, and government, and is beneficial for individuals planning to enter (or re-enter) the workforce upon graduation. Students completing degrees through our resource management program often find employment with consulting firms, engineering companies or governmental agencies.
