The Biology department at UND aims to provide a well-rounded education that focuses on developing essential skills that lead to both personal and professional success. You'll work with classmates and faculty both inside the classroom and through research experiences to refine your skills in critical thinking, quantitative reasoning and both written and oral communication.
The M.S. in Biology combines broad expertise in the biological sciences with a strong focus on critical sub-disciplines including ecology, wildlife biology, disease biology, genetics and genomics, and developmental biology. You’ll conduct research at a high level, master the technical skills you need and prepare for a rewarding career.
