Students in this interdisciplinary program engage in hands-on learning through research and other field experiences across a broad range of Environmental Science disciplines. Our program provide students with the opportunity to focus on the the ecological, socioeconomic, and policy factors critical to environmental assessment, management, and program implementation. Students may also explore interdisciplinary interactions among these components of environmental science. Through rigorous and varied coursework, along with access to researches associated with Tarleton State University, Texas A&M AgriLife Research, and the Texas Institute for Applied Environmental Research (TIAER) students can develop an environmental science program that fits their own career interests.
